I beat it on my monk yesterday with a PUG and we got masters reward..we own, and the other team wash henchies

Concussion shot with anything else after it to interrupt is the only thing that works for interruption by ranger (I suppose broadhead arrow works also), focus only on the corrupted scales. Cry of frustration also works, and possibly leech sig. We actually spiked dragon hard enough to open both gates 1 and 2 at first encounter, slaughtered all the afflicted then spiked again. 10 minutes total.

Just don't fight the dragon at the same time as the afflicted ... move away from the chasm when the afflicted wave comes at you or better yet, avoid them altogether by making good use of the fork in the path to let them unwittingly pass by you.
Last time I did this mission, I used a necro/ranger with wither, faintheatedness, winter, and spinal shivers. We had 2 real people, 14 hench (brought those with interrupts, degen, slows, and protection like shelter/prot spirit), and it took 5 minutes 19 seconds. |
